A little about the mama behind this cozy corner πΈ
Hi, I’m Emma Grace! πΈ
Welcome to my little corner of the internet β a warm, honest space I created for mamas like you. Whether you’re growing a tiny human, navigating the newborn haze, or just trying to eat something nourishing between diaper changes, you belong here.
I share real recipes, pregnancy tips that actually helped me, and honest stories from my everyday life as a mama of two.
πΏ My Story
My journey into blogging started during my first pregnancy when I was overwhelmed, hormonal, and desperately searching for a space that felt warm and real β not clinical or picture-perfect. I couldn’t find it, so I built it.
Emma Grace Mom Life was born out of late-night cravings, postpartum recoveries, and a deep love for nourishing food. I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor β I’m just a mama sharing what worked for me, with lots of love and a side of honesty.
Now with two babies, a passion for wholesome cooking, and a growing community of incredible mamas, this blog is my happiest place. I’m so glad you’re here. π
π My Shop
I also run a cozy little Gumroad shop filled with mama-made digital downloads β pregnancy journals, meal planners, milestone cards, postpartum guides, and more. Everything I wish I had when I was pregnant or in those early newborn days.
What I write about
From trimester-by-trimester pregnancy tips to nourishing recipes you can make one-handed while nursing, to honest postpartum stories and baby gear I actually love β this blog covers every season of motherhood. Because every stage deserves to be celebrated, not just survived.
